Terry Stamey

Terry Wayne Stamey Jr., 52, of Athens passed away unexpectedly at his home on December 13th, 2022. Terry loved to hunt, fish, work on his car, and spend time with his family. He was of the Christian Faith.

He was preceded in death by his father, Terry Stamey Sr.; stepmom, Leona Stamey; and infant brother, Randy Stamey.

Left to cherish his memories, the love of his life Stella Rose Webb; daughters, Crystal Stamey and Allison Webb of Athens; mother and special friend, Rita Stamey and Hank Walden of Niota; brother, Dennis Stamey of Athens; grandchildren, Cole McMurray and Diamond Stamey of Athens; niece, Danielle (Daniel) Cronan of Athens; nephews, Randall (Ashley) Stamey of Riceville, Dakota and Dennis of Athens; and great nieces and nephews, Savanna, Hunter, Isaina, Isaac, Ethan, Terry, Bethany, and Aubrey.

The family will receive friends Saturday, December 24th from 10-12 with the funeral at 12. Burial will follow at South Liberty Cemetery.
