Ricky Panama Willis

Ricky “Panama” Lynn Willis passed away on August 17, 2024, at Tennova Turkey Creek Medical Center after a lengthy illness.

Ricky was a lifelong resident of McMinn County, he attended McMinn County High School and was a member of Union McMinn Baptist Church. Panama enjoyed working on and talking on CB radios. He also enjoyed collecting rocks and making arrowheads.

Preceded in death by his father, Bill Willis, brothers, Billy Ray and Josh Willis.

Ricky is survived by his mother, Shirley Willis; sisters, Crystal Willis, Candie (Ernie) Gravett; brother, Buck Wagner.

The Pallbearers will be Danny Willis, Scotty Willis, Michael Willis, Scott Wallace, Eddie McKeen and Caden Gravett.

Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, August 20, 2024, in the chapel of Good Samaritan Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Stephens officiating.

Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesday prior to the service.

Burial to follow at Union McMinn Baptist Church Cemetery, Niota, TN
