Richard Gray, a lifelong artist and cherished member of his family, passed away on September 25, 2025, in Athens, at the age of 77. Born on January 10, 1948, Richard dedicated his life to his passion for art.
In addition to his artistic endeavors, Richard proudly served as a Vietnam Veteran.
Richard will be deeply missed by his beloved family, including his wife, Caroline Gray, and his siblings, Mitchell Gray, Ginger Shinn, Alisha Rowe, and Jerry Gray. Each of them held a special place in his heart, as he did in theirs.
A memorial service to honor Richard’s extraordinary life will be held at the family home in Florida, where his memory will be celebrated among those who loved him dearly. His legacy as an artist and a family man will continue to resonate within the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.
