Reba Delois Thurman

Reba DeLois Thurman, 84, of McMinn County, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, December 9th, 2022.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Thurman; daughter, Peggy Hemphill; grandson, Travis Thurman; and daughter-in-law, Shannon Thurman.

Survivors include her son, Carl Thurman and April Wood of Athens; daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Joe Haney of Decatur; grandchildren, Tracy and Jennifer Thurman of Athens, Amanda and Randy Liner of Calhoun, and Courtney and Andy Allen of Athens; great-grandchildren, Abby Thurman and fiancé Kelsey Wade, Bailey Liner, Sierra Thurman and husband Garren Kyker, Gracie Thurman, Jaret Liner, Trenton Thurman, Maddie Thurman, Caid Wilkins, Carleigh Wilkins, Piper Allen, and Presley Allen; and many friends.

A visitation will be held at Good Samaritan funeral home from 3:00-6:00 on Sunday, December 11th

A funeral service will follow with Jimmy Lewis and Stan Cantrell officiating

A graveside service will take place at 11:00 on Monday, December 12th at Rogers Creek Cemetery
