Gene Wills Frye

Gene Frye, 80 of Niota, passed away Wednesday morning, July 17, at his home. Gene was a prankster at heart, he really loved to see people laugh. He thoroughly loved selling cars, and was great at it. Gene loved to be around his grandchildren. In his final days would ask about each of them daily. Gene is preceded in death by his parents; WD and Alvie Frye; Brother; Bobby Frye. He is survived by his wife Lucretia Ann Frye; Children, Randy Frye, Angela Aiken, Melissa Frye, Darcy and (Marshall) Johnson, Laura and (Stacey) Dockery, Terri and (Tim) Tarver, Brother and sister, Ronnie Frye, Vicky and (Allen) Ingram, Kathy and (Clarence) Clark; grandchildren, Amanda, Kayla, Shaunda, Ashley, Megan, Samantha, Gina, Karrisa, Michael, Sean, Will, Lindsey, Sam and many great grandchildren. Memorial service will be held Saturday July 27th, at Sweetwater Church of the Nazarene, located at 247 Old Highway 11, Sweetwater. Visitation will be 4:00-5:00 prior to the service.
