Doug Wise

Charles Douglas “Doug” Wise, 73, of Cleveland, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 1, 2022.

Doug proudly served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed playing in casinos and fishing, he had a love for his family, and dearly loved the Lord.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Jean Wise; parents, Leonard and Geneva Wise; sisters, Winona and Bill Shears, Omega and James Hughes, Junita Donaldson, Alfrata and Paul Anderson, and Marlene Wise; brothers, Rockey Wise and David Wise; brothers-n-law, Earl Anderson and David Cantrell Sr.

Survivors include his son, Douglas Wisdom; daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Bobby Morrow; two step daughters, Sheri Martin Bulla, Deb Favor; four grandchildren; Dylan Harvey, Lauren Harvey, Emory Wisdom, Ethan Wisdom; sisters and brother-in-laws, Wanda Anderson, Darlene and Gary Stone, Martha Cantrell, and Mary and Billy Cronnan; and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held at Good Samaritan funeral home from 11-1 pm on Monday, June 6th. A graveside service will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Cleveland, Tennessee.
